PINE RIVERS YOGA

Pine Rivers Yoga has been offering Hatha Yoga classes in the Pine Rivers and Moreton Bay region since 2001. It is a practice of Yoga that follows the path of physical well-being and mental calm.

ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

Our 6 class course for Absolute Beginners starts Wednesday 8th February, 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Pine Rivers Yoga Studio, Cashmere . This will suit anyone who has not taken exercise for some time and may wish to start a very gentle practice to cope with injuries, lack of fitness, anxiety or excess weight.

Class Fee Update

From 1st February the casual class fee is $17.

We are offering class passes from 1st January - any class, with no expiry date:

  • 6 Class Pass for $85 ($14 .16 per class)
  • 12 Class Pass for $160 ($13.33 per class)
